Winburndale Vineyard & Winery is a proudly family-owned and operated boutique winery nestled in the Central Ranges of NSW, just 15 minutes east of Bathurst, near Glanmire. Our unique landscape, cool climate, and sloping hillsides create the perfect environment for growing premium grapes. With handpicked fruit and careful fermentation, we craft elegant wines with soft, balanced tannins - born from a beautiful place, and made to be shared.

Exceptional Wine Begins in the Vineyard
Great wine starts with a great site—and we take care of ours with intention and respect. Our vineyard is hand-pruned, and we keep chemical and fertiliser use to a minimum to let the land speak for itself. Grapes are handpicked at peak ripeness to ensure the best possible flavour.
In the winery, we keep things simple. Reds are made using open fermenters and hand plunging to develop deep colour, rich flavour, and soft, fine tannins. The same thoughtful, minimal-intervention approach applies to our white wines.
